I have a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University, and am a Licensed Massage Therapist from Brenneke School of Massage. I have further certificates as a Craniosacral Technician from the Integrative Bodywork Institute, and Pre and Perinatal Massage Therapy from Body Therapy Associates. In addition to general health I specialize in pain management, and stress reduction. I am comfortable working with people of all ages from childhood through the formative years.

I offer to my practice a strong sense of empathy, a cornerstone to healing. Nationally Certified, I am a member of The American Massage Therapy Association and The Massage Emergency Response Team (MERT), a volunteer group deployed to emergency sites such as forest fire or flood, to treat the members of working units formuscle injury and strain.

Focusing on treatment work, my goal is to facilitate the healing processes and to maintain healthy soft tissue function. Utilizing elements from accomplished modalities, each client receives not a pre-packaged routine, but rather an individualized session.
